Replaced faulty fringe temp sensor
Really great service. Called Monday morning and an engineer was able to come round within an hour. Diagnosed problem and I received a quote for the work within an hour or so. The repair was arranged quickly once they received the part and the repair was done quickly. Really polite on the phone and in person. I’d definitely use this company again.

Electric oven repair
An engineer came and investigated the fault with the appliance. Identified two heating elements as the cause. Parts were acquired and after few days installed. Work took no more than 30 minutes. Communication was superb.

Diagnostic call out and replacement of dishwasher
Quick response to an email query over a weekend. Next day service for call out and swift, clear diagnosis and decision that old washer was not fixable. Supplied and fitted a like for like machine, taking away the old at fraction of the cost of the same quote from Curries. They even came after their normal working hours to fit around my work schedule. Friendly and polite. Perfect service.

He was able to quickly identify the issue and work to repair it in no time at all, he clearly had a good working knowledge of the appliance. He was very careful and methodical in the way he carried out the work and made sure he left the area in the way he found it. The price charged was very reasonable for the work carried out and did not leave me feeling like I had been over-charged. Great service, great pricing
We had an issue with the Bosch dishwasher, that was terminal. Greg and his company were attentive, patient and efficient helping us out with getting a replacement. The installation was fast, friendly and safe (in this corona virus timeframe, also very clean and kept separation from my family and pets)
Thank you Ace! I would recommend this company being your first call in a time of need.

Great
This is the 3rd time I have used Ace as I was previously been recommended by a friend. Can’t fault them at all they have helped me by fitting and fixing washing machines, plumbing and they supplied and fitted a gas cooker. They have always been reliable, friendly and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Excellent service all round
The guys from Ace Appliances came out to try and repair my broken fridge freezer very quickly. The fridge was beyond repair. They kindly lent me a fridge freezer while they ordered a new one. Then they quickly came round and installed a complicated integrated replacement. Would highly recommend for any appliance repair/replacement job. Thanks.

Friendly and professional plumbing services - would use again!
Nathan from Ace Appliances visited to take a look at a leak in the ceiling of our flat, he was able to find the issue quickly and fixed it straight away. He was friendly, professional and also took the time to explain the cause.

Oven not heating up although both fan & grill worked. Rang Ace Appliance Centre to book an appointment for someone to come & have a look. Very friendly & helpful service, they sent an engineer the same afternoon who fixed the problem (heating element cracked). The engineer was very efficient & everything was sorted in about 30 minutes. I can thoroughly recommend Ace Appliance Centre in Ruislip.

Very trustworthy, very efficient and resonable prices!
I always used Ace appliance centre when we lived in Hanwell. Always polite, very efficient and resonable prices. We have moved from London but have two let properties. Ace appliances are my first port of call when we have any problems. It is a relief to know that I can trust and rely on Ace applicances to sort things out for us now we are living so far away.
